🍗 Chicken BBQ Recipes
1. Spicy Tandoori Chicken Skewers
Ingredients:
500g boneless chicken
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate chicken for 2–4 hours.

Ingredients:
500g chicken thighs or drumsticks
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey

Instructions:
Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 1 hour.
Grill over medium flame, basting with marinade until nicely charred.
